I needed a "left angle" connector on a cord, but nearly all of those available are "right angle", which would make the cord on my 3D printer come out towards the front. This Tripp-Lite cable is sturdily made and works perfectly in my application.

In my humble opinion this should be the standard layout for a main power cord. It feels hefty and well built like all Tripp Lite products. Very satisfied with this cord.

It's an AC power cord, not much to say about it. Works fine, and now I don't have a power cord sticking straight out the back of my component.

This right angle plug gets your appliance closer to the wall, if the power cord exits from the rear. They come in Left and Right orientation; so check first before ordering.

For whatever reason professional mobile DJ gear (powered speakers, lighting, etc) comes with standard 5-6’ IECs when the clear is designed to be on stands that are 6-10’ off the ground?? It means that you would need to add an extension cord just to reach a the ground, let alone to reach an outlet. But that’s a bit of a messy solution because of the bulging connections plus you have a cable coming straight out of the gear (instead of a right angle). Trip lite eliminated both of those issues with this 14’ right angled IEC cord….problem solved! Now if we can only get DJ gear manufacturers to include these with their DJ gear, that would be great.

I use 90deg adapters for power, video and USB to place my computer close to the wall without worry about tight cable bends. This power cable appears to be very sturdy, and fits snug in both my power supply and UPS.

I needed a plug with the angle shown in the pictures. As you often find fake pictures on Amazon this was exactly what I needed and worked perfectly for the space restrictions I needed to handle.

The cord was misplaced during a move. Looked up the model number here and boom! perfect! Just make sure you look at the orientation of the plug and pattern in which the holes are.

Good but chek right or left orientation before buying
