Well made DP cable
This cable does the job very well, supposedly it gives better quality video then HDMI, although I can't really tell the difference on my 27" monitor to be honest (though I always used high quality HDMI cables), and that's a good thing really.Cable is pretty beefy (usually an indication of good quality) and has locking mechanism that works well, even if its in a bit of an awkward angle, it's still easy to release it.Recommended.

Solid cable with secure clamps
The cable itself is quite stiff, thick and clearly solidly built. Cable entry into the connector ends are stabilized with stiff plastic, and the connector latches keep it securely fastened to the socket. Removing connector from socket works fluidly as well with the catches retracting completely into the socket body. I'd expect these to remain mechanically sound for a very long time. Picture quality cannot be faulted. I've had no problems connecting my 3 year old Dell studio laptop to a new Dell UltraSharp U2713H, the combination is completely plug and play.

Good cable, but might not work best at 4K 60 hertz
It's a good quality cable but doesn't seem to work on 4K resolution when using 60 hertz refresh rate. When used with my Nvidia card, the display worked fine with occasional flicker, however, when used with a Radeon R9 290x GPU, the screen was not usable and kept flickering until the refresh rate was turned down to 30 hertz. At 1080p and 1440p 60 hertz, everything works fine.I recommend the cable for use at all resolutions except 4K 60 hertz. With Nvidia cards, the issues is less noticeable and with AMD Radeon, the issues appear straight away as apparently the Radeon GPUs emit weaker signal on the DisplayPort connector. This is probably cable shielding issue, which might just be relevant to the unit I've got. But for £15, I got the Accell B142C-010B DisplayPort to DP Latching Cable which fixed my screen issues. So if you're on 4K, you can definitely afford a cable that's less than £5 more expensive and gives a lower probability of issues:)

Great Product
I bought these for my QHD Dell monitors and they definitely helped improve the screen resolution and picture quality. If you have QHD or 4K monitors you need specific cables so that you can utilise the screen resolution as long as your graphics card is compatible, these definitely did the trick and would highly recommend.

Works well, so cheap
Cable does what it says on the tin. Fits with a nice click, feels well built (nice and girthy) and transports display port signals. The big difference is the price I paid. Amazing at £1.

Well it works!
I bought the cable because I wanted one that was on the Vesa certified list just to be certain of it. The cable plugged into my ASUS PG279Q monitor and showed no problems. The screen is reporting the 1440p 144hz that it is supposed to with the option to overclock to 165Hz no problem.Time will tell if it holds up.

Ruggedly built and fit for purpose
The cable is of the kind that has connectors with latches and this ensures that they stay put when you are scrabbling around at the back of your computer or monitor. The lead is well constructed; Decent cable and no loose connectors: The connectors are moulded to the cable. To make things even better, there is a Velcro strap on the lead that enables you to bundle up the excess cable or fasten it to a desk leg, etc.

20 ft only rated for DP 1.0, but works for 2560x1440 @ 165Hz
On the official StarTech.com page for this product (DISPLPORT20L), it states that this is only capable of DP 1.0 speeds, which would be 2K @ 30Hz, or 10.8Gbps bandwidth. When I saw this, I tried to cancel my order, but it was too late... so I decided to just try it and see. Well, I'm glad I did... maybe I just got lucky, but my cable is working with zero problems!I am currently using this for my gaming monitor, which is 2560x1440 @ 165Hz. The connection is very solid... the signal has not dropped out, even if I mess with the cable. It is a thick cable, but not unmanageable. I have it connected to a monolith-style SFF PC case, and it does not have trouble making the bend from the bottom, out the back.Very satisfied with this purchase! YMMV, since officially this cable is not officially rated for the bandwidth that I'm getting out of mine.

buen producto
lo uso para un monitor a 144hz, todo excelente sin problema, tener en cuenta la distancia ya que 1.8m podria ser mucha si tienes el monitor a un lado del gabinete
