Just got this in today. The sleeve fits nicely...remember to measure your above above the elbow as one of the images shows you how to do. The sleeve has what looks like a silicone strip around the top and bottom which seems to keep the sleeve in place nicely. Very comfortable when wearing.When I wore the 2nd sleeve, I found it to be slightly bigger than the first sleeve I wore. I wrote to the supplier based on the information on the envelope the sleeves came in. I received a very prompt response from them asking for the order number and a picture. I have replied with those. So far, company response has been excellent.2nd response from rakiie today. Great product and very durable. Eases the pain of my golfers/tennis elbow. Washed in washing machine on regular and still looks great.

So far - so good. Comfortable fit. Holds everything together, even during a tough workout. Good price.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I purchased this product because it was cheaper than other elbow braces (as I keep misplacing them and just wanted another set to keep at work). I was so pleasantly surprised by the quality of this wrap as I've spent twice as much on just ONE and it wasn't half the quality of the pair I got from this seller! Stretchability:very stretchy yet had great compressionPain relief:doesn't completely immobilize your arm so there is still some pain occassionally but it REALLY helps

I first bought a size that was smaller than my measurements since reviewers complained about stretching out. The small size was actually cutting off circulation. I then ordered a medium and that fit snug but not too tight. I would go by the recommended measurements. I pulled the measuring tape a little tight to account for older flabby upper arms while measuring and that helped get to the right size for compression. Unless you are going to wear this for months at a time and all day long, I wouldn't worry about stretching since the sleeve provides decent compression. There are also grippy rings around the lower and upper edge of the sleeve so they don't slip down easily. Don't forget ice and rest too because this sleeve does not cure tennis elbow but it can make your elbow feel more supported. Good value for the money. Quality fabric and product. They send 2 so if only one arm needs it, you have a spare.

This is providing good overall compression but is a little bulky on the inside of the elbow. It doesn't slip around or up and down once I get it in place. My arm definitely feels better with it on! A great two for one price, also!
