Fit well. Reduced noise level about 8 db.
One small hole drilled in each exhaust.Slid these in, moved mounted post through the hole and tightened down.V&H Slip-On's, straight pipes. The throttle up and off "crack" was blowing out my ears and making rides to the point of uncomfortable. These baffles reduced throttle "crack" significantly and overall reduction of 6 db. average (According to my noise meter).Have had no problems riding with them for about four months now. hey were worth the money to me.

Big shot duals
First of this is a great quality product. Heavy duty constructed well and very easy toInstall.I bought these trying to cheap out for my V&H Big Shot Duals. This was a mistake. These sound terrible in those pipes. It quiets them down at idle but as soon as I get on it it sounds like garbling exhaust. It also produces so much back pressure it is affecting throttle response. These seem like they are more for a smaller displacement engine definitely not a Harley 103ci. I would definitely buy them again for a different type of bike. I bet these would sound amazing on an older metric bike.

Took the edge off
I have a Vulcan 1500 with straight pipes and these helped. Good quality, came with nice hardware. I ordered one for each pipe and it really took the edge off the noise. All the popping/ raspiness is gone and I can have a conversation next to my bike again. I don't feel like I'm disturbing the whole block starting my bike anymore. Still sounds great

Great quality
Great quality. Fiber glass is nice and dense. I had to cut them in half for my application, and installed that way, it brought idle from around 88db to 80db. The higher metallic sound is gone, and it still has a nice rumble. It doesn’t set off my neighbor’s car alarm on accident anymore, which is the reason for my purchase. If I rip the throttle open, it is just as loud as it was before (around 116db), but again, without the harshness of the metallic sound. I’m on the fence about the sound I hear while riding with my helmet. It sounds quieter than I like, but I’m pretty sure it’s just the helmet. For my application, it feels like I lost a little torque, but without a dyno, that is extremely hard to say for sure. Again, I had to cut them in half, so my application is different, and unless you really understand the science behind exhaust, any change really is a gamble. My results aside, this is well made and a great way to add baffles to drag pipes.

Fairly easy to install and takes the edge off the noise
I had to grind the circumference of the leading and trailing ends of the baffle (and my muffler) to make this fit, but only because the original baffle was drilled out. This baffle is still loud, but it takes the edge off the noise level at low RPMs. With a rejected carb, the resistance gave me back some noticeable power and idle stability.

They shorted me half my money and kept part
Very dissatisfied!!! They package said 2inch, I slid one baffle in it flopped all around ; I immediately realized it was to small !Measured it is clearly 1 and 3/4 inch .Bad thing is I sent them back in good faith , but they didnt refund half my money becauseIt wasn’t in original condition!Come on it had a small smut mark , I suppose I should of cleaned it with a alcohol!Either send it back to me or give me my dang money .

Quieter and easy install
These are much quieter at idle and low rpm, which was my goal. At higher rpm they sound pretty full throated. Install took about 30 minutes including drilling holes for mounting screw (easy with slash cuts.
