This item arrived in a decorative box and well packaged. The frame looks exactly like the picture. The wood feels lightweight but the finish is nice so it doesn’t look cheap. The spinner is very smooth and you can easily toggle between photos. The pendant is heavy, the font is clean, and it adds a nice personalized touch. I also like that this frame is stable. You don’t want to bump it too hard of course but it also doesn’t feel like it will fall over on its own.My only complaint is that this is plastic and not glass- it works fine but I feel like that would have elevated the quality immensely. Other than that, I like it and look forward to giving this as a gift.
