I purchased only one of these to try it out before buying them for my fitness studio and after using it a few times, I have decided it's perfect for my needs. There are certainly more expensive mobility sticks out there, but if you're being budget conscious and don't require the features of some of more pricey brands, this will meet your needs. The only feature not on this brand that might be nice is a bit of flexibility (bend) - but it's not needed unless that's what you're looking for. I also appreciate the guide that comes with it (you'll need to scan the QR code to get to it.) A great buy at a great price.

Love this stick! I bought it to help with stretching and posture. The QR code is super helpful with additional ideas and uses. My husband is now using it for PT. The rubber grips help with support. Would definitely recommend!

Here is a thought. Tell your mind what you want and your body will obey. What attracted me to the Mobility Mentor Stick is its simplicity. Heck, can you get it more simpler.I am 72 and am retired and I have run out of excuses not to better myself. The Mobility Stick I feel will get me to a healthier level. I bought this as a balance aid.But they have a lot of good info on stretches with the stick.Have added several stretches I got from them 😁

Well made and seems sturdy . Works well for stretching. Purchased to see if it will relieve some back pain, we’ll see how it goes.

Solid & Sturdy

I had a complete labrum repair/shoulder stability surgery January 15th (it’s March 7th at the time of writing this), I had to have my arm in an immobility sling up to the end of February. I’m in the process of getting my mobility back, I’ve been using this stick to slowly work on pushing my arm away from my body (which does hurt) and to help put my arm up above my head. 10/10 recommend this stick as I plan on using it to keep my range of motion even after I recover.
