Totally worth it
Really high quality. A big upgrade from OEM or regular OEM replacement. It is weighted down so it just sinks down perfectly in my unit. I was a bit concerned at first that it wouldn't work well with a sock and that is somewhat true in that removing and putting back on the handle isn't trivial. However I found that since it is weighted down, I can just put the sock on with the handle down and have had no problems it staying in place but still being able to grab it without the handle and put it up. Highly recommended!

Bit pricey, but will outlast cheaper ones.
Robust! Fits well. And the handle is sturdy enough to pick up the skimmer basket out of the water, even if the basket is full of leaves or debris.The metal attaching the plastic handle to the basket tends to rust especially if you add chlorine tablets in the skimmer.Bit pricey, but will outlast the cheaper ones. Time will tell - for now, I’m happy.

Sturdy Skimmer Basket
Love this basket so much!!! Finally got a good one with a metal handle. The cheap plastic skimmer baskets break so easily and are super hard to get out once they get full and sucked down in the hole. This one is thick plastic with a sturdy handle and a gripper. So far so good. I have to clean the basket every day because of leaves so this makes the job a breeze.

Built to Last!
You absolutely get what you pay for with this basket. It’s fantastic! With the weight in it, it stays perfectly in place when the pump shuts off, and the build quality is outstanding. I'm really impressed with it!

Better than Expected
These baskets are great. The weight keeps them from floating. The handle is substantial and doesn't pop out unintentionally. I can't recommend enough.

This is the overkill of skimmer baskets!
Built solid. Very well constructed. Fits exactly as it should. The stainless steel braided handle is a genius design that should outlast the basket. The addition of a built in weight is how it should have been built by the pool manufacture. If it ever fails I will buy again. Way better than anything I bought at the pool supply or hardware store.

The basket is heavy duty and a great fit.The vendor shipped with USPS and it takes 5-7 days. Just know that if you’re in a hurry for it.
