Instructions are the worst
This product is an absolute disaster. From the moment I opened the purse-looking packaging, I could tell that it was a waste of money. The instruction sheet is an absolute joke—poorly written, unclear, and so badly designed that it's almost impossible to follow. It looks like it was hastily thrown together without any real consideration for the user. Important steps are missing, and the images are so blurry that they provide no help at all.As for the materials, they’re shockingly cheap and flimsy. The plastic feels like it could break just from looking at it too hard, and the stitching (if you can call it that) is already coming undone after minimal use. It's obvious that the manufacturer cut corners at every possible stage to save a few pennies, and it shows. I wouldn't trust this product to last more than a few days, let alone the months it should. Absolutely unacceptable, and I regret purchasing it.

Fantastic macro flash diffuser for a reasonable price
This diffuser has been great indoors and out in the field. The negative reviews seem to be about the instructions - which are not great. But they now have a video showing the assembly which is really not hard once you see how the pieces fit together.This is a great diffuser for ultra macrophotography and I use it with the Laowa 100mm macro (up to 2x) and the Laowa 25mm ultramacro (2.5-5x) just fine. The large size was too large for my needs, but I am almost always shooting at 1:1 or higher magnification. An example (unedited) photo using the Laowa 100mm around 1:1 on an insect on a light wooden table is attached.

Garbage unless you want to turn it into a DIY upgrade project.

Terrible instructions
The instruction sheet for assembly is not only all in Chinese, the photos are for a different version of the product. They are unusable and make no sense, there are arrows pointing to spots on the product but no info on how to assemble. The photos aren’t even clear so you can’t see the steps. There is a QR code but it goes to a broken web link. Super unhappy with this, don’t buy unless you can read Chinese!
