I use this for my yoga gear with the bulkiest item being 2 yoga blocks. Plenty of room for towels, yoga mat towel and straps. Just enough pockets (2 on each end, one in front and one inside) so I don't loose track of where I put what. It fits easily into a locker and seems durable enough to last a while. My only grip (and it is minor) is the zipper pulls do not have holes so I cannot add longer string pulls to them but that is certainly not something that would detract from the functionality or quality of the bag.It does not have a shoe compartment, but I do not want or need one so I appreciate it not taking up room.

This is a great bag. I was back and forth between the medium and the small for quite a bit, trying to discern if the medium would be too bulky. I took a chance on the medium and was pleasantly surprised at its storage capacity without being too bulky. It really is the perfect size for a weekends worth of clothes+shoes+toiletries with extra room, and without being overly big. I only took a star off because the bag is a little thinner than I expected, and honestly a big crinkly? Unexpected, but a great bag nonetheless. Highly recommend the medium if you’re unsure between the small and medium, especially since the medium is actually cheaper for some reason. Good bang for your buck.

Had an older red Adidas bag for 10 years, held up well for dozens of trips, when I wore out and straps broke I wanted a similar replacement. Very happy with this bag, size is big, but not too big. Better pockets than my last one, good quality zippers and bottom in more durable. Would absolutely buy again.. absolutely perfect for a 3 day trip.

For the price I paid this bag is an absolute tank in the medium size. Anything larger would be insane fore gym application. Love this bag!
