I have two 10+ lb cats and they both fit comfortably. Trip to the vet went well.

I bought this for one cat to have enough space. It's perfect.

A large carrier. Great for larger cats, a couple of cats, or a smaller dog. I htink 50 lb load capacity. Soft sided but structurally secure. It has thick, strong bars inside to keep its shape and to even allow it to be stacked or allow a cat to sit on top. They show this in their product picture!Optional shoulder strap, has handle strap, has lots of openings, has a pocket. Has spot to use along with a seatbelt. Has some zipper security via using a clip to keep the two zipper pulls closed. Overall so long as the zippers hold up, this should be good to use for a long time. I will be sure to update if I experience anything negative.Arrives flat in the collapsed state. Just have to pop it open and secure the top stabilizing bars. You can kind of see it in the product pictures. There are no instructions with this, but it is easy to figure out. The downside to these strong bars is that I found them a little tricky to initially get locked into place. Both sides have 2 short bars that come together to create one long bar. One portion has a pullback sheath which will help lock the 2 bars together. All of it pressure fits. To get the bars to line up, you will have to pull them apart enough to allow the innie & outie to line up. Once they lightly lock in, release the sheath to cover the two bars, which full locks/secures them. I found that it was easier to do this by having the side I am working on up against my body rather than trying to do the set across from me. Just gave me more leverage. I have to say, I dont want to do that again, so I havent. So while this carrier could be collapsed for storage, I am just keeping it as is forever more, lolThat being said, it is a nice carrier! It's big, so some may find it burdensome to carry. I like it for a couple of reasons, one of which I'm pleased to see someone else mention: as a sturdy carrier to stuff a couple of cats in case of emergency/evacuation. It's roomy, has plenty of mesh for airflow, and seems sturdy. Next, because it is big and sturdy, I can use it as a piece of cat furniture. The blue color I chose is attractive, and I have already been complimented on it.I keep this in my home office (my gaming room) that is also where I keep a lot of cat related stuff. The whole house as cat and dog stuff, but this is their room that the dogs cant access. Loaded with climbers, food, litter, toys, etc. My girls like to hang out in there, so I have this as something else they can sleep on (I added a pad on top) or sleep in. If I need to use it for travel, then they will be well familiar with it already.I initially was going to give this to my mom to use for her 2 cats (large ragdoll boys, similar to what is shown in product pics) but she is super petite and 74 years old, so I think this is too much mass for her. I figured it would be better for me (much taller, stronger, younger) and my 2 tortie cats. 12 and 14 lbs.I want to add that I appreciate that they used real pics in the product description. Not photoshopped cats on/in the carrier or people holding it. Real pics.

This extra large Cat Carrier was a needed essential for my trips to the vet. We have a roly poly cat that needs more space than regular cats. Putting her in too small of a carrier did not help with her dislike for car rides or Veterinarian anxiety.The generous dimensions (24"x16.5"x16.5") could provide elample room for two cats of normal size or just my Graycie. It is ideal for households with larger breeds or those that weigh 20 lbs or more. The soft-sided design is collapsible, which makes it easy to store. The interior of the carrier is padded with breathable mesh panels on 5 sides so there is good ventilation. The mesh has zipped openings on 3 panels, top, end and side. I can roll the mesh up and attach to the velcro at top so she can get in and out easily.There are safety belt clips for her safety when in the car. It has a waterproof floor. I had the choice of blue or gray carriers.This carrier is great for my big girl. She is heavy to carry but the straps and handle are secure. I recommend this carrier for 2 cats or 1 big cat.

I’ve had a couple dozen cats over my lifetime, and tried many different carriers as a result. I have a traditional hard shell one with a locking metal gate, and my cats hate it. Right when they see me pull it out, they run for the hills, as they know that they’re going to the vet or on a long car ride. One of my cats freaked out and clawed at the metal gate and bloodied his paw. Awful. This soft and spacious alternative is my go-to going forward. As you can see in my pic, my cat actually got excited to get into it and check it out. It is soft and cozy for them inside, and it’s quite spacious, which really helps make their incarceration less traumatic. It’s very versatile. You can carry it in your hand or use the shoulder strap. It’s see through as well, which I think helps the cat to get less freaked out when they can see their owner. There’s several zippers, which is awesome because you can unzip the top just enough to fit your hand in to pet your furry friends during their car ride. After I was done, I easily folded it back to flat for easy and efficient storage. I’m definitely ditching my outdated hard shell carrier and using this one for the foreseeable future.

Having 5 cats in our household, it is occasionally necessary to transport more than one at a time, whether it is to the car to go see the ducks at the pond, to the vet, or to a cat show. Recently I had a horrible thought - what if we had to evacuate and leave with all cats at once - in a moment's notice?In this instance - having only two carriers wouldn't be enough. I set out to buy 2 more so each cat had their own. All of our cats LOVE each other, but in a time of emergency or panic, who knows how they would react if they were scared. They would deserve their own space but be able to see each other to be comforted. Being able to move 2 cats at once in this carrier - you can move 4 cats at a time with 2 carriers instead of multiple trips of only 2 cats at a time.This PetMasion cat carrier is one of the best I have ever seen. There is ample room for 2 cats to be comfortable inside. You can load your cats in using the zippered openings on top, or on the side. The sturdy base and the high quality wheels will save your back. I am please with this item.
