Very easy to setup

Ok, so I did return this unopened when it arrived but that was for a multi-day shipping delay and I had urgent need. I picked up the same exact model locally less the added goodies that came in this package.Do the research people, this has a fantastic processor in it! The CPU is the engine of any computer, tablet, smart phone and you cannot compromise there. This has a speedy CPU (in it's market segment) not gaming PC speedy by any means. Compare this to CPUs in other, $250/$300 Chromebooks and you will see huge benchmark differences that show up in daily use.All other things being equal, you get a solid Lenovo build that's undervalued for this one, very key aspect.So much value for the money here.

I bought this because I prefer Google Chrome and my other laptop continuously lagged and wanted me to use default Microsoft programs , which I did not want to do. This Chromebook does exactly what I need , I don't do much in it mainly pay bills.

I am pleased all around with this purchase including the seller. Our delivery was earlier than expected, which is always appreciated. Also, it was well packaged and everything was included. Easy set up and our grandson was able to use it immediately for his schoolwork. The Chromebook is well made and we have not experienced any issues with it at all. A very happy customer. Thank you!

I love that all my stuff transferred easily with Google. It's the perfect size , not being to big or small.

It’s been 3 months and this lemon had been freezing on me a lot . I did what they said to do and honestly I have not really downloaded much. My email, Amazon, and Instacart . I dont believe these would freeze my Lenovo chrome . I would advise you not to buy this item. And the mouse is also a piece os work. works for a while then it stops and won't move. Another piece os lemon!!!!

Provided photos of the 6 in 1 hub plug vs the wireless mouse several times. Vendor says the mini port for the 6 in 1 hub also can go in the single usb C port. It cannot and it wobbles. It will not allow the mouse to work if you attempt to the use the 6 in 1 hub in the usb C port, despite the vendor saying the mouse could be in the hub. The mouse only works in the single usb C hub on the side of the laptop. That means you cannot use the 6 in 1 hub. You cannot call them. As a result of reading other reviews about the computer and issues and my own experience. I got the return processed from them and should they charge me any fee at all to restock, I will report to the Better Business Burea and my credit card as a dispute!
