Bought this as a back up storage device.Good sturdy construction. 500GB of storage which is perfect for my needs.Easy to plug in and use with a Mac.Comes with connecting cable (quite short) and instruction booklet.Had it up and running in seconds.Very pleased with this hard drive.Great value for money.

DO NOT BUY!! ALWAYS CREATES ERRORS-THEN UNREADABLE! £100 (ON 4) LOST SO FAR
This product is the biggest Rip-Off! I have bought 4 over the last couple of years. Average price £25.00 -£50.00! They work normally at first. But with repeated use of music, movie and picture files, they just suddenly develop errors. Windows asks you to check and recover, but that never works!! Now Two of them can't even be read by the laptop! All my movies and pictures lost! The other one that could be read, won't play the stored movie files all of a sudden! Then stops! This kind of freaking product ineptness and inability to work as advertized is criminal! I have lost not only the purchase price, but the time and effort of storing my movies and musi files whicha are now lost!!. Now a Data Recovery Expert is going to cost me £100's more if they can even fix the cursed and damned things! DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND!!
