The visual slim line design was the reason I went this model. Sadly it is poorly engineered yet so well designed. The pump must be taken out to clean which is typical, this one has screws that are very difficult to get to and not for someone that wants ease in access to clean which is crucial. Second the water wall is in the back and the air intake on the sides does not truly capture the evaporative air and so the effectiveness of the evaporative cooling is unacceptable. The noise also is more than I have experienced in other portable evaporative coolers. Truly a beautiful unit, and the advertising looks amazing, performance and maintenance are no good, do not recommend.

Didn’t Work Out
I am currently in between homes and I am sleeping in a small closet on the floor in Florida it gets hot up to 82 degrees in the closet space I bought this trying to get some relief listing stated you can get up to 8 hrs of cooling comfort I had to keep getting up to put new ice 🧊 packs and water in after only 4 hrs so I returned item 😔
