This mask is perfect for the headaches that I have it feels nicely and the fit is absolutely perfect. It arrived quickly and a very nice package. I don’t heat mine or put it in the freezer. I just put it on straight out of the box at room temperature and I also sleep in it. I highly recommend it

It lost cold very fast

As someone who gets frequent migraines, this has been such a life saver. You don't even need to put it in the fridge, it stays cool on its own and it's ready to go when you need it. It's very good quality, fits many diff head sizes. My kids actually kept stealing it from me to sleep with so I bought them one for Christmas as well. Lol you will not be disappointed!
