Worth the price, high quality.

My headline pretty much says it all. This thing is robust and feels really good in the hand. All the advertised features work. The two release buttons are very convenient and are easy to push without being so easy that you might accidentally release the tape when you don't want to. I mean, it's possible but not likely. I was worried about that when I saw the two buttons but it's actually really thoughtful design. My favorite feature is the 7+ feet of length you get without the tape bending on you. It won't rip out of your hands when you do release it back in, either. It has some force but isn't overdone. The magnetic tip is cool too. I've never had a tape measure with that feature. I don't do a lot of construction or DIY projects, but it's always good to have a good, long, handy tape measure around that will stand up to anything. This is that for sure at a great price.

This 25ft tape is very convenient to use as it reliably extends over 7 feet without bending. Easy to read with markings every 1/8” on a yellow background. The two release buttons are a nice convenience feature.The nylon coating should prevent rust and resist wear. The end hook is magnetic.The rubber protective case makes the tape durable if dropped.Potential users should note that measurements are US (inch) only on this tape, not metric.This tape stacks up well against any other 25 ft tape I’ve owned over many years. It has a quality feel that I hope translates to a long useful life.

My old tape measure locking mechanism broke and I needed to replace it. Saw this Workpro and couldn't believe that is had the tick marks labeled ever 1/8" for the entire rule! In the picture are the two tapes side by side.The case is plastic but surprisingly heavy so it should hold up well. The lock is automatic and there are two release buttons, nice. The tape itself is strong with a riveted hook and is coated.I did try their claimed 7' extension without buckling and it worked.Say goodby to my old tape.

One of the most durable feeling tape measures I’ve ever owned. It feels like I could drop it off a roof and it would not affect it at all. It is pretty well covered in rubber.It has two buttons to release the tap once it is extended and is the type of tape measure that doesn’t require you to lock it, as it does it automatically. My main concern is that this feature will wear out over time and it won’t kick out.It has a very strong magnet in the tip which will hold when pulling tape out. Definitely recommend it.

This tape measure is great. It is heavy and well made. It is encased in a plastic shell that is covered with a rubber protective skin. The tape itself has magnets on the end so it will hold onto metal which is a nice feature. It has a strap, which most have, to make it easy to put over your wrist or hang. I also has a clip to hook onto your belt or whatever. Just as well made as the name brands.

This is a nice compact 25' tape measure. The markings are easy to read and the lock is easy to operate. It actually defaults locked and you have to press one of two buttons to unlock it. The tape is stiff so it's easy to extend it.
