Smells pretty strong when I first opened the bag. Not a bad small and not overwhelming, just very strong rosemary, which was pleasant, but I was a little concerned that the tea would be too strong.It's not too strong though once steeped in hot water. It tastes really great and has a subtle, natural sweetness that makes this tea very enjoyable.

These are ground rosemary. I thought they would be stems. Quite disappointed
