Great Fit for 2016 pilot touring

We have a Honda pilot with a bench seat second row so it technically seats eight people, although some of them need to be children if you're really going to squeeze in eight humans into this vehicle. But this type of seating arrangement on the Honda Pilot does require a different kind of floor mat than the Honda Pilot which seats seven and has only a pair of seats in the second row. If you have the 8 seater as we do then you will find these mats are a perfect fit and have nice deep wells to catch all the liquid spills and all the gooey candy that the kids seem to drop all the time. The mats are pliable but stay fast down to the floor and do not move around even though kids are always kicking and sliding on everything. A really good choice for a family in a Honda pilot of these years and (8 pax) seating type.

Everything fit snug and lined up, except for the very back panel. There is a notch on the passenger side to allow the middle seat to move forward and backward. But there also needs to be a notch for the driver side middle seat. Tried to get both in picture.

The cargo mat didn't fit. We tried several ways but was not the correct size.

I live near the beach and constantly get sand in my car. These mats have been a life saver! I can take them out, spray them off, let dry, and good as new! They came with some folded in half, so obviously had a bend in them. The directions said to bend the other direction and lay in the sun to soften the plastic so it would go back to its proper place. This method worked perfect. I was able to install them in my 8 seat 2018 Honda Pilot in minutes. I love how the sides go up along the natural path of the floor boards to keep stuff from getting under them. I did not have any issues with any of the mats not fitting perfectly and snuggly on the area it was supposed to go.The only issue I have is the cargo area. Which is not a fault of the mats but the fact I do not have the floor cover that came with the car put in. So because of this, the bottom part lays at an angle. If I was to put that piece back in and make the area flat I'm sure it would be perfect. I chose this set because of the split in the mat to allow the seats to be used one at a time. And it does! I am able to lift or lay down only one seat and the mat works perfectly. It also has holes in all the right spots to use the seat. Like the tethers for car seats, I can still tether the car seat and the mat does not interfere. They are thick and feel nice under the feet as well. I am definitely happy with this set!

In the past we've used a well known brand that rhymes with bweather blech. I'm impressed with how much better these ones are. The previous ones feel almost a little too ridged, so after time of heat and cold cycles, they got brittle. These feel like a nice, heavy rubber that has some give to them. They fit perfectly in the 2022 Honda Pilot. My husband is especially impressed by the way they mold into the cargo space in the back. There is velcro on the back side so they conform into shape and stay where you need it. So far we're really happy with these. They feel like a nice heavy duty set that I expect to last a long time. If they don't, for whatever reason, I always return and update.Peace

We needed mats for our new to us 2020 Honda Passport. We were told that the Passport is basically a Pilot minus the 3rd row of seats so we decided to try these mats since we had the opportunity to get them free through the Vine reviewer program.We couldn't be happier with these. They are thick but soft molded plastic. They hold their shape, which is more cup shaped than flat. I love that because when you pull them out for cleaning, all the debris stays inside of it until you dump it out. The mat isn't going to flop down and allow everything to fall out where you don't want it to. Plus, the cupped sides of the floor mats fits the contour of the floor and will more likely keep debris and water (melted snow) from getting under the mats. The front and rear seat mats fit perfectly in line with the twist clips that are permanently mounted on the floor of the vehicles. You clip them in place and they are there to stay. For us, the 3rd row seat mat will go unused, of course. The cargo mat fits perfectly width wise. It is made to bend with the 3rd row of seats but since we don't have that, it goes up the back of the 2nd row of seats part way. In the Passport, there is a pop up handle to access the cargo storage. The cargo mat doesn't have an opening for that so we have to lift it up if we want to access the handle, which is not an issue for us. The cargo mat has velcro pads that hold it in place on top of the carpeted floor.All in all, these are working great for us. If you are using them for the Honda Pilot, as intended, I think you will be very pleased with these mats.
