Sturdy

No complaints for its price. It works as it claims, good as a monitor for CCTV or such auxiliary purposes. Not too good as a primary monitor as it's resolution may be low and depth of color is lacking for some people's requirements.Overall, it's a product worth its price and one can go for it if they're on a budget and quickly need a durable monitor.

I bought this monitor around 5 years ago and it still works as same as it's first day. It provides great value for money and the durability of ths monitor is also great. A great value for money. The viewing angles are good but the only thing I don't like is the fact is monitor cannot tilt. You can't adjust it. Other than that it's a great buy. It came with hdmi, vga, power cable and the packaging was good and easy to install. At this price range is a good buy. If you're looking for a gaming PC I'd say invest a couple bucks more and buy a 144hz display as this is only 60fps.Edit: In October around 5-6 months of purchase the monitor has a issue where it turned off completely after sometime of using it and didn't powered on in spite of being connected to power source. So I contacted Dell and they immediately put a replacement order and they sent me a replacement monitor all without me having to go anywhere. It took some time to get the replaced monitor but the fact that I didn't have to go to any service center and it was all taken care of from home and it costed me nothing to replace it given it was in warranty period was to me worth the money instead of buying from some cheap brand and worrying about getting it fixed. So overall excellent costumer service.

Dell monitor easy to install all connection to fixed monitor is over brighting show but there in manual adjectments and auto brightness fit the screen view angels good but not up mark movie seeing screen ok gaming good and reading on monitor wider so some adjustments of page easily too read the documents over all product ok only for office/Home made for perfect there is HDMI port easy to connect laptops picture quality so nice but image seeing view over casting show not recmember to photo shop general usage is good.

Great just as expected

I bought this product before Covid and it has lived through my usage atrocities for more than 4 years now! I bought this for occasional work from home use but it has given me excellent value for the money that I spent over the years! Yes, this does not have any height adjustment - a iPad mini box did the trick, it is not for gaming - I don't do that anymore.Thanks to DELL for making such good products. If I ever change this, will go for a DELL again!

I am surprised and disgusted with the quality of the product from a brand like Dell. Extremely poor quality display, so difficult to read an email. Blurry screen makes your eyes pain after 3 mins. While contacted Amazon, their support was extremely discouraging and pathetic support. I strongly recommend all to reconsider buying this product as well as not buy anything from Amazon for their poor customer support , the support leader said they changed policy to not entertain customer complaints after October. Very disappointed with Amazon and Dell! I wish there was a negetive 5 rating to put.
