impressive product, but company denies provision of free blade replacement or sharpening service
i am a swiss knife owner and company provides free blade sharpening service or blade replacement within lifetime warranty. so, i went for this product, expecting that victorinox will provide me free blade sharpening service or blade replacement within lifetime warranty for the peeler too. but the service centre people from mumbai denied such service. they denied any such provision, in case of peelers. so, i dropped the idea of buying it as a gift for my relatives. and went for cheaper local made in india product. to be precise, it is a use and throw product if the blade edges wear out.

The ergonomic handle is comfortable for both right- and left-handers, and it’s dishwasher-safe for easy cleanup. At ₹664, it’s a bit on the higher side, but the quality and performance make it worth every rupee. Highly recommended!
