Buying 2nd bottle - works well for insomnia
I am a strong believer in the health benefits of fungi. I take a variety of them and my husband also cultivates several varieties. Reishi is a slow grower however, and I prefer a good quality tincture. This brand was recommended to me after I decided to start adding reishi to my husband's herbal sleep infusion. It is in a glycerin base so it mixes well into the infusion. We noticed results on increased restfulness and quality of sleep right away on our first bottle. Looking forward to continued benefits. Good product.
Just about finished my bottle. If you eat sweets a lot, this isn't going to be sweet to you. It actually has a fake sweetener taste that isn't bad or overbearing but it's there. It blends well with coffee and tea which is how I used it. I have noticed some gut health changes especially with bowel movements, which has become better.
