Great company to work with! I was impressed by their communication.My notes on the door:- The product came in the exact dimensions I requested. It fit perfectly!- The latch/locking mechanism isn't the easiest to use, but it works.- The bottom of the door is not integrated with a rail or track. It has plastic pieces which slide along a flat part of the door frame. As a result, the door can easily become misaligned. It works, but could be improved.- I ordered this product before the seller added images which explain which side the door closure will be and received a door which is backwards from what I wanted. Super disappointed about this, but I worry the seller will be unwilling to send a new door.- The door does a great job keeping bugs outside and keeping my cats inside. The screen is stiff metal which does not bend with normal pressure.- Durability seems 6/10. I can imagine this lasting for 5-10 years as long as nothing impacts the door and bends the metal.- The door makes some noise when opening and closing it.- Overall, I recommend this item for the price. I ended up paying around $280 total for the door (Feb 2025).
