Just Unboxed...looks good.
I had a controller stick go drifting on my ESWAP X Pro controller. Fortunately, I had bought the controller with stick replacement in mind as I know actuator parts in the original controller wear down over time. My initial test using HardwareTester. com website showed no drift whatsoever with the new control module. I believe it will last longer than the stock control sticks because of the change to H.E.A.R.T. magnetic sensor acutators. That means the actuator parts should not rub together which leads to wear over time.Otherwise, I am pleased with the replacement of foam cushioning with cardboard inserts. The packaging is near entirely recyclable, just a couple of plastic stickers and a plastic hang tag. The cardboard insert has perforated finger tabs to make it easier to remove the control module which is a nice touch.Post-unboxing: I have been using the controller for three days now. The new control modules are working well so far. I will update this review if anything changes.

Better than stock joy sticks
These perform perfectly. Been using for 3 months, no degradation. The stock sticks started drifting after 1 month, so these are much better

Another dud from Thrustmaster
I had high hopes for this hall sensor joystick, but it does not have consistent input. If you expect it to be able to play and have your inputs work, look elsewhere. I get constant disconnection of input mid-game, for example, holding the stick in one direction to, say, hold a line while racing around a corner. I regularly have the stick fail while I am mid-corner of a turn, and the car will suddenly dart off like the stick is no longer providing input, meaning the input is either cutting out or disconnecting itself, holding the stick to say, the left all of a sudden the car will start going straight instead of holding the line by holding the stick down. No, I am not talking about understeer. I am talking about you holding the stick in whatever direction. It goes in that direction, then suddenly stops reading that I am holding it to whatever direction and centers itself like I am not "steering" while the stick is at full lock in whatever direction; I tend to notice it more when holding it to the right but the left does it as well, albeit less often than the right. The wheel modules were a joke and barely lasted a week, so I was hopeful these Hall effect sticks would be the saving grace of wasting $180 on the Forza version of this controller. After spending nearly twice as much on replacement wheel modules in the first 6 months of ownership, I shelved it. Seeing they were releasing a Hall effect stick, I was hopeful this would help save money on drifting modules to be duped again by Thrustmaster; the name applies to their outlook on their customers, thrusting all the way to the bank after ripping them off. Don't buy these products. The company does not produce quality hardware, likely on purpose to keep the modules as consumables and generate revenue after they get the customer for a severely overpriced controller. I'll stick to my Gamesir; it is the price of a module, and it never lets me down. If it does, it can be replaced at the price of a TM module.

Controller is nice, Got stick drift quickly.
It truly pains me to write a not great review of this controller because I LOVED the E-Swap S pro controller and was hoping this was going to be a good upgrade. It unfortunately was not a good upgrade. I bought this controller to use it with rocket league primarily on PC and it got stick drift with less than 15 hours playtime on it, not even 15 HOURS! That's insane! I get more time out of a stock xbox controller then that before it gets stick drift. With the negativity above, it's important to note that the buttons on the controller are fantastic. I love the clicky sound they make, similar to a mouse or a mechanical keyboard for example. The buttons on the back take a little getting used to, but once you do, they're nice. All in all it is a good controller. Only put 3 stars due to the abnormally fast stick drift that came up.I understand thrustmaster wants people to buy these to then purchase new analog sticks instead, but getting stick drift that quick is just not okay. I'll be going back to my E-Swap S in the meantime and buying sticks for that one until the controller fully quits on me.Who know's, maybe it lasts longer if you use it for a different game. I don't wanna say it's a bad controller because it's not. It's a nice controller, comfy in the hands for the most part. I'm just frustrated with how fast it got stick drift.
