Really nice fabric, Weird smell.
This fabric is gorgeous and it looks handmade and delicate and vintage. It's absolutely stunning and the color is so remarkable. The material is good and it cuts nicely. The only issue I have is that it stinks, awful! It came smelling so bad and I have tried cleaning it several times and it still smells bad. Not sure really why or how to be honest. Will keep at it because the material is perfect.

Impressive!
This is high quality fabric at a reasonable price! Very heavy and thick weave. Colors are true and hold up well! I really like it, only made a couple of pillows but now I want to do more with it. Fairly easy to work with if you're just going to staple it, for sewing you're going to need a machine that can handle it and maybe a bit of experience as it can fray or bunch and with it being thick, that can make it hard to handle.

beautiful
beautiful and sturdy. I used this to recover a cushion on a chair, and it was reasonably easy to sew, no worst than any other upholstery fabric. It is thick enough I fell that it will hold up well, yet still soft to the touch. would be great for covering an occasional chair, or for making throw pillows. I wouldn't cover a whole couch, or a chair that would get a lot of use with it though, because I'm not sure how well it would hold up to long term abrasion.

Beautiful pattern. Well made.
Classic Brocade Jacquard Fabric Damask. 56 Inches Wide, 2 Yards - BlackWow!! Beautiful fabric. Well made. Thick but not stiff. It did arrive with a new-smell type of odor but after a week of having it hung up that is going away.I got this to use as a photo backdrop fabric. I was undecided which color to get and I was leaning towards the Egg Blue because it has an old wall paper type of look to it. I mostly do a specialty photography (infrared) that does not see most colors. Usually black fabric turns white or goes very light with my camera. But in the end I decided to gamble and got the black. SOOOOO Happy I did. The black stays black in my camera. I cannot tell you how excited I am. It means I can use this as a backdrop for color, black and white and for infrared. And it is soooooooo beautiful.
