I bought this for myself but now my husband uses it exclusively. It puts him to sleep. The massage is ok as it is at the outer eye/ temple area. The heat function is nice and can help with dry eyes. It's not as focused as a Bruder mask for that purpose as it doesnt touch your eyelids, but it does help. I chose this because it has open pinholes allowing you to see if you need to. The bird sounds can be a bit annoying.. or relaxing, depending on your mood. You can turn them off. Also, there is a voice announcing what mode you are on initially. The modes are with massage, sounds and heat. While not loud, you can hear the massage going. The usb-c charge port is between the "eyes" and you have to bend the mask closed to see it. It gets used nightly, so good buy.

I suffer from sinus headaches. This definitely eases the tension and makes me feel better. It is easy to turn on and use. The pressure is perfect. Comes with heating and cooling. Has sounds just light enough to ease you.

I use the premium I massager on a regular basis at least once a day and it does a lot of good. The massage promotes her okay the heat is very good, I think it would be better if it was a little bit warmer but it is good at what it is now. The only one thing that I have is when it's placed on my face as it should be when it starts massaging the pieces of the mask outside that rest against my nose causes a pinching feeling. It's almost like it's massaging my nose from the outside but very roughly. I still highly recommend them and use them daily
