This is a great little quesadilla maker! It is easy to use, easy to clean. I like how each triangle is “sealed” by the indentations pressed by unit. It gives you a guideline to cut into triangles and each stays nice and hot! If you fill it with lots of ingredients and the unit does not close- it’s ok! Just rotate the quesadilla half way around- half way thru cooking time - for even heating. Nice little unit -makes it fun and easy to make quesadillas at home!!

It’s a new quesadilla maker, claims to be for thick stuffing but it is not. It’s easy to clean, easy to use and seems durable. I like everything about it except that you can’t fill the quesadilla with a lot of filling because it won’t close. With that being said, I still recommend this quesadilla maker, it did a good job cooking the quesadillas, they were hot and crunchy.

I don’t know why I waited so long to buy one of these! I love quesadillas and I kept trying to make them in a pan on the stovetop, which always made a mess and my quesadillas were ugly! Now that I finally broke down and bought myself a quesadilla maker, I make them all the time and they are perfect every time! I have learned though, that a whole one is usually too much for me to eat, so I’ll make a half which is just as easy. You put down the bottom tortilla, put your ingredients down on one side, then use a fork or knife to lift up the side without ingredients and fold it over. Make sure to line it up with the grooves and lines in the maker so your half quesadilla will be perfect. Then close it and wait for the light to turn green letting you know that it’s finished cooking! I usually check it when the light turns green and then give it another minute to make it the perfect golden brown. SO EASY!! Then use a fork or knife to lift it up and scoop it onto your plate. I don’t use my fingers because the maker is hot. For my favorite quesadillas, I usually put in the pre-cooked Southwestern style chicken that you can buy in the grocery store, some jalapeños, and the Mexican cheese mix by Kraft, and that’s it! You can make them pretty thick as you can see from my photos. After it’s done cooking, I top it with sour cream and Chili’s brand restaurant style salsa in medium. My quesadillas are DELICIOUS!! Clean-up is a breeze too. Just wipe it down with a damp cloth and you’re done. This little quesadilla maker is such a great value for the money! You can make much more than just quesadillas with it. Be creative and make what you want! My daughter makes pizzas in it.

Purchased this is as i wanted an appliance that wasn't a bold color that could be left on the counter. The only option i found. This seems to have a good cook time. Quesadillas taste great. I'm unsure how durable this is at this point, but, it seems ok. The problem i have with this maker is how incredibly HOT the outside becomes. I need a hot pad to open this and I don't have sensitive hands. I'm surprised the plastic outside hasn't melted.

Love it. Works great. The handle & closure do get a bit hot, so handle with care. Use a silicone gripper. We also used a heatproof mat under to be safe. Makes tortillas with any filling easy peasy!
