What a waste of money
Your better off saving your money and getting an oscillating fan instead. We loaded it up w water and ice as directed and tried to cool a small room down— it actually got warmer! Needless to say, we will be returning this pos

Stopped working
Vents stopped working the date the return date closed.Cool ice packs cracked while in the fridge.Not happy that I'm unable to return it for a replacement.

I don’t get it?
How are all these reviews saying it cools down the room fast? I filled the bottom water tank to the max, put both ice packs in it, put it on cool and left for 4 hours… came home and the room is just as hot. It feels like it’s just a fan and not even a great one.Unless I’m doing something wrong, this is complete garbage.

Cooling doesn't work
I assembled the product as instructed. I filled the tank with ice water. When I tried using the cooling option, the alarm indicating low water kept going off. The water level was fine. I cleaned the sensor. I checked the water pump. Cooling option still wouldn't work. It also took a few tries to turn it on. I have to return.

How does this have only five star reviews??
This thing doesn't work. AT ALL. I spent $317 on two of these things and they're awful. They don't even make passable fans. There is no air dlow coming from these things. They're worthless!!

Not worth it
It's bad designed. For it to work you have to put lot's of ice in the bottom container and that's a hassle because you have to unmount to water pump and the tube, not to mention it doesn't include ice packs (beside the 2 small ones to put on the upper compartment), then you have to fill with water. Sometimes it make a mess because water spills.The container should be made from a material that keep the ice, but it sweats and it should have a better way to fill it with ice/water. The wind is not strong even in the highest setting. It does blow some fresh air when using lots of ice, but it doesn't last all night.When I bought it, this product had lots of positive reviews, now I came and I see it only has 1 start. This must be a scam.

I didn’t unbox it till 30 Days after delivery and it broke second day!
This IS A HUGE LOSS I NEED MY MONEY BACK. This is is a scam, a design error that makes it INEVITABLE for it to fail. PLEASE BEWARE
