Works well. I use it everyday on the way to and from work..No one really notices what I'm swigging from. Discreet and nifty.

The brushed finish gives this flask a nice feel/grip; and I prefer that this isnt shiny or a fingerprint magnet. Perfect size, as it fits comfortably in your typical jeans hip pocket, and meanwhile holds plenty enough at 8oz. I put it through the ringer & have experienced no leaks.Customer service is prompt. It's a nice thought when a retailer emails you directly to provide assurance & confidence about their offerings - but you always wonder how they'll handle any actual problems. Well: the flask I received was missing the bonus funnel. I emailed them that afternoon; received a response that evening apologizing for the error and advising it'd be shipped immediately; received it two days later. So I'm content with what I received - both in terms of the product and the service from the retailer.I had to dock one star for something that, while it didn't bother me enough to want a return or exchange, seems to be a trend based on other reviews. I noticed that the flask I received had a small indentation in it - absolutely tiny, but noticeable. It's a teeny perfect circle... I actually wondered if it was something done in manufacturing, some seal on the material under the black matte. As I said, not enough to truly bother me; but others have reported similar - and a bit worse in some cases. The item ships in a cardboard "gift" box that has no inside padding or brace; the box is shipped in a padded envelope. The flask is light enough that you wouldn't figure indentations could occur if the padded envelope was dropped; the "gift" box had some wear like it suffered some impacts prior to being inserted in the envelope. So I am noting this for the particularly-discerning consumer: there's a chance you could see a ding in what you receive. Based on the service I received, I have no doubt Future Hydrate would replace anything considered unsatisfactory - but a consideration may be needed for better quality control or packaging.
