Don’t expect the herbal version to taste exactly like that made with black tea… but, it’s delightful in its own way! (And if you’re like me, it’s a great way to help you kick the caffeine habit!!!) I also appreciate that it’s organic and has NO nasty plastics in the paper teabags. A lovely treat!

Actually helped me relax and go to sleep. Only reason not 5 star is the taste is not as good as iced as it is hot.

I don't like the flavor of the Chai tea. There is too strong a licorice taste and aroma. Several hours after having a cup(with food) and brushing my teeth, I can still taste the licorice..I even tried adding sugar and milk. It didn't help the flavor or aroma.I would have preferred a warmer more cinnamon and spice fragrance and taste. Since the tea is not returnable, I will give it to someone else. Maybe they will enjoy it.I was excited to find an all herbal Chai tea. But this one isn't for me.

I use 4-5 bags of this tea and about 1/4 cup of agave syrup to 2 quarts of tea. It's so good!
