cute but very complicated.
I purchased the full size day bed for $289.99. I chose to get the “antique white” to match my book shelves, and it came as tan.I then spent the next 13 hours assembling this pieces of furniture. Only half the pieces were labeled and the “instructions” given, were in pictures-no words, said to be “easy and self explanatory, only needing a screw diver..” The images provided didn’t help at identifying the piece needed. The wood itself is cheaply made. So many pieces busted from screws and trying to put them together. You will need a drill. There are various different places that you have to drill the holes yourself. When assembling you definitely need more than yourself, pieces need to be held together tightly while you attach them. This has been by far the most difficult piece of furniture that I have ever assembled. The bed is sturdy and completes the function it is made for.In my opinion look for a similar yet easier to assemble day bed. I feel as if I spent far too much money and WAY too much time on this bed..

Hard to put together
Didn’t realize it was going to come in two boxes for one. Not a one person project. The drawers aren’t as sturdy as I thought. But overall it works.

Cute but complicated
I learned from this product to never buy something without reviews. The directions were difficult, and you need at least 2 people, 3 if possible, to build it. It took me 5 days to finish building. There is places that there were no holes that there should have been. You also need to make sure you have an Allen wrench, Phillips screwdriver and a drill if possible. I can’t get a few shelves on cuz there is no way that I can screw the brackets, my hand doesn’t fit. It’s also not white, it’s like a “pinky” white. Areas of it aren’t colored all the way. It’s also really big and bulky. The drawers are really big so that’s a pro. You get what you pay for, but I wouldn’t purchase it again. I bought it for my 12 year old, to surprise her, she hasn’t seen it yet, but I’m hoping she loves it.

Split Beam
Beautiful wood bed... fairly straightforward to assemble. My daughter loves her new bed! However, clearly traveling by Amazon or FedEx can be tough on Wood products, particularly loading and storing. As you can see here, one of the main beams on this bed came out of the box split. So from the outset, I'm already need an adhesive or epoxy to bind and strengthen so my daughter doesn't have any issues.Caveat Emptor... Let the buyer beware.

Do not buy!!
Horrible quality bedframe. None of the pieces of wood match color. The bed isn't sanded, and indredibly rough all around. When trying to put it together, one of the pieces (being held together by wood glue and tiny staples) fell apart.

Cool design, room for some improvement
Overall great design and we really like the bed’s features. Decently sturdy but needed some help (details below). Instructions are similar to IKEA furniture, pictures without words. I do wish it had drawer guides. I recommend some wood glue. Supports 2 average sized adults and our 6 year old without creaking or flexing. 550lb weight capacity.Pros:PriceFeaturesMostly sturdyCons:MaterialsBracket locationsInstructionsLack of drawer guidesDrill recommendedI’m an experienced DIYer and this took me about 4 hours to assemble. I reviewed the instructions and then organized the pieces to start. On the back shelf, side rails and drawers I used wood glue to secure the pieces. I did keep in mind disassembly for relocating if necessary.A compact drill and electric screwdriver is recommended. This would be very tedious to use hand tools only, but possible. You will need a Phillips screwdriver. The desk shelf is the most difficult part and instructions could have been better. The brackets used to secure them are difficult to align. I used a little tape to hold them in place then secured the screws. A second person is very helpful during this step. There are some similar looking pieces and can easily be assembled incorrectly. Some of the book shelf pieces only have veneer on one side, so pay attention to orientation front/back.Overall, I would buy again. I plan to add some hardwear to align and guide the drawers. I overall feel 4.5/5 is accurate for this price point. We will see how long it lasts with playful children!
