Just buy it
I have a decent head of hair that I'm overly concerned with losing some day, which is the main reason I purchased this product --promising to negate that-- over other sulfate/paraben/chemical-free shampoos. I'm a couple bottles in now and cannot say that it has made my hair any thicker (though it certainly hasn't made it thinner) but it does leave my hair feeling clean, soft, revitalized and full. Before discovering Kick and while attempting to make the switch from the 2-in-1 brands I grew up with, I tried a few other options that left my hair feeling frizzy and dry in the absence of conditioner. This hasn't been the case with Kick. After each use my hair is smooth, full of volume and very trainable. I find the peppermint/tree oil scent to be refreshing and enjoy the tingling sensation I get when applying it to my head. Dandruff has never been a big issue for me, but I do notice less flakes in the cold/dry seasons. Unfortunately, Kick isn't the cure to baldness, but overall, it's a great shampoo that's worth trying if you're trying to level up your hair care game.

Effective
This peppermint and tea tree shampoo is a solid choice for anyone seeking an effective anti-dandruff solution. The sulfate-free formula is gentle on the scalp while providing a refreshing, clean scent. Infused with natural botanical ingredients, it helps soothe itchiness and promotes healthy-looking hair. Overall, it's a well-made product that delivers noticeable results and is cruelty-free.

Great Shampoo With All the Right Stuff
My hair is short and I use molding clay to style it each day. The Kick Active shampoo is great for removing the clay product and leaving my hair clean and with an almost conditioned feel. Other products I used before (Crew, Paul Mitchell, etc.) left my hair feeling dry and somewhat stripped dry. The Kick Active is also helpful for one problem area- itchy scalp. I think the tea tree oil helps to reduce that problem and I anticipate with longer-term use of Kick Active will keep it under control. Will have to wait until next winter to verify completely. Otherwise I love the peppermint scent and so does my wife-- it makes the bathroom smell clean and fresh after a shower! The bottle the Kick Active comes in is a nicer sort of rubber feel so it's easy to hold onto and squeeze the bottle, but the shampoo itself is reasonably thick and I find I need to add some water to help massage it into my hair & scalp. I guess that's okay if you want to leave it on for a while to let the tea tree oil do it's thing while not having it run down into your eyes. Overall a great shampoo that I will definitely purchase again.

Better than expected worth the try
I had previously been using Tea Tree as my daily shampoo and using their leave in conditioner after I shower and towel dry my hair. I liked the cooling sensation of that because I believed that it would make my head less dry and itchy but I still noticed myself scratching my head throughout the day. Since I was running low I decided to try something new and went with Kik based off the great reviews and it not being too much money per ounce. I have thick wavy hair and I find that Kik makes my hair light and fluffy but not frizzy. I still use the Tea Tree leave in conditioner because I am not out, its quick to use, and still good at styling my hair while its short. One of the things I like most about Kik is that my head no longer feels itchy throughout the day. Kik smells nice although it washes out in the shower which is not a big deal since I'm putting product in my hair after anyway. If they made a leave in conditioner like the Tea Tree one I would definitely buy it but I don't see one listed on Amazon. Although I should probably use a conditioner when I shower. I wake up last minute and am in too much of a hurry getting ready for work. if your on the face its definitely worth a try I don't think anyone would be disappointed.

The best I ever had
The combination of shampoo and conditioner have my hair and head feeling and looking better than ever. I immediately noticed how much less product(compared to previous products) I needed to get a great lather. A little goes a long way. It makes my scalp and head tingle, I can feel it moisturizing, healing and cleaning my scalp. Lastly it doesn’t leave a nasty residue when I rinse it out. My hair feels clean and fresh. Bonus, The smell is great too! This is the best brand of hair products I have ever used. I’ll be buying this again.

Great Product for an Itchy Scalp - Good Shampoo
A little embarrassing sharing this in a public forum but I want to share this with others who may have a similar issue. Throughout my life, I've experienced substantial itching when wearing baseball caps, both during and after. This product's claim caught my eye since I golf almost 90 rounds per year and I wear a cap when I play. During and after golf, sometimes the itching is unbearable and continues even after showering and can last up to a day, you do the math, equates to having an itchy scalp 50% of the time... Anyway, I saw this product and thought that this could be a solution to this lifelong issue. Luckily, the product works wonders for my condition. I gave the product 5 stars since it solved my problem, smells good (if you like a soft peppermint) but not overwhelming, and it also works as a shampoo. The reason for the long-winded explanation is that I want to be clear on the issue solved and not just proved a star-rating without detailing the problem the product solved for me. The only issue that I would point out is the packaging that the product comes in seems a bit too over-built (expensive) and may add cost to a not-so-cheap product. But hey, I do have a problem with paying extra for expensive packaging and will continue to point it out wherever it exists (two cents).

Disappointed
I had been using Head & Shoulders for years and decided to upgrade myself by buying this product. I liked the scent and the way it lathered, but dandruff started appearing after 2–3 uses. Not worth the price.
