1st time using it and I was skeptical. It was very thick and taste was not bad but I was expecting mint which it's not, after immediate use I didn't see what the hype was about but that evening I realized after eating and drinking all day my teeth still felt amazingly clean. After a couple weeks of using it my teeth also appear whiter. Great product! Must try!

This Tantraveda pulling oil seems to release a lot of stuff from your teeth. I'm new to this and could not find any long history of effectiveness except statements it goes back a long time. The ingredients of this brand seem too of the line and the taste is very pleasant. I probably will not do this every single day but rather a few times a week primarily because I can't find science info on it

Taste of rinse is terrible. Don’t recommend this product at all. Directions even states not to spit in sink. Could cause sink drain to clog up. Very oily.
