Happy with this product. Good quality. Dims down loud noises.Had an issue where I was sent a box with a different color than the others but their customer service was really helpful, offered to exchange the box. It was to much of a hassle plus we had already cut them so they gave us a partial refund and with that we evened out the colors with a stain. Now it looks great.

I ordered 2 sets the panels. I have never done a DIY that took less than 45 minutes to install. The panels are beautiful and I love it. Not sure what happen to delivery got one set in a week and the second set almost 2 weeks later. Had to make contact with Amazon. But it was definitely worth the wait. The design was exactly what I had in mind. I do wish the panels cost less or come in 4 packs for the price of 2. Thankfully I got a deal during prime day it was worth it.

The wall panels quality is great. I almost purchased the panels from another company and I am so happy that I changed companies. The wood and felt backing is excellent. I love the panels and they really make my media room pop. I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to leave one for this company, because I was so happy with the product quality.

The good:As many others have mentioned these panels are great! I bought over 20 cases (2pks) for a large project as they are the most aggressively priced 8 foot slatted panels I could find (and trust me I searched for days) The quality is very consistant which (for the price) surprised me, it is MDF with a wood look plastic veneer but the effect is great and more importantly the felt backing layer is much stronger than other brands I trested and the staples they use to attach the slats to that backing are very strong. It was easy to cut to length with a simple track saw. I was even able to miter the top and bottom edges when installing an inside corner and the build was strong enough to not fall apart.Not Good:The boxes arrived a total mess... I mean they looked like they went through a cardboard shredder and even though they do place plastic corner reinforcements on all 4 corners they need to add a second, thicker layer of cardboard to the packaging. Out of 20 cartons... 12 were damaged with the product exposed to the elements when they arrived. Most of them had to have the tops or bottoms cut off because of that damage but for me I needed to cut them for my install so it wasn't a big deal. When I contacted their service they were supper fast to replace the few boxes I needed to use at full size and shipped out replacements ASAP.My guess is they know how bad the packaging is and will address it in the future but have to move through the inventory they own first until that fix can be applied. I would 100% use them again because they replaced every piece I asked them to fix and you can't beat the price. In the future I hope they make the box stronger but I'll take the trade off for now! Really nice panels

These panels are so awesome. They come extremely well packaged. Note trimming is required to have even overlap of the black acoustic background.If you're thinking about wall panels to make your wall pop, I wouldn't hesitate with Avana.
