Extremely simple to put together.came very well packaged. Had one of the glass doors break, contacted seller and they were responsive and very helpful. Sent me a replacement glass door. Build quality feels and looks great! Only gripe is the handles attach to glass with no buffer in-between the glass, the screws and the aluminum handle. I advise to add some sort of buffer and only tighten lightly. Will be buying more enclosures in the future

Aside from the lock on one of my glass doors being faulty everything has been great! Came together with no issues and the YouTube instructions made everything super easy to put together. So far it’s money well spent. My snakes love the extra room.Very light weight, I was able to move it by myself will no hassle. The appearance is great and equally very sturdy.UPDATE: customer service was fast in replacing the the lock that was messed up.

The media could not be loaded. I need to finish setting it up for my boa. It was easy to assemble. Very sturdy. Not heavy, so it’s easy to move around. I love that it came with a door lock

I recently bought this item, and the brackets were defective, so I had to return it because I could not put it together because the faulty rode did not slide in properly into the wholes as described. It was very frustrating to have to pay $215.33 for the shipping because I could never get ahold of the seller to provide me with a label that covered the shipping cost to this cage. I was so disappointed to spend that much money on something that was broken in the first place. I still have not gotten my refund back and the item was received on 10-25-2024.

Was not easy to assemble. Rods didn't want to glind through, had to deassemble during certain spots to be able to push the rods forceibly through. Parts weren't labeled making it difficult to navigate. Doesn't seem very sturdy, worried about putting my red tail boa in it. Some parts weren't mentioned on where/when to put them on in instructions. Glides into the corner nicely, arrived early. Video was barely helpful. It's easier to assemble if you don't tighten everything down so you can put the glass and sides in place.

I highly recommend this enclosure. For the price, it can't be beat. It's huge! It took less than an hour to assemble. Very easy assembly. The material is heavy duty. Doors slide smoothly.I am thrilled with the size and quality for the price.Ken PS (I bought the stand from Amazon. It's made for restaurant use. It's hard to find anything with 8 inch legs and it is heavy duty aluminum.)

Put together took a little while, we moved it after it was together and it’s not very sturdy as you’re moving it. The glass doors kept coming off the track. Once we got it in place it was fine. I’m sure it will be fine for my Beardie. I plan on adding shelves and different levels so we will see how it holds up to all that.

Edit: I've been able to contact the seller and they've been great! Not only did they reach out to help replace the door but they also asked about changes to the design that they could look into. It's not every day that it feels like the seller really does care about their costumers and the quality of their product.I really liked the final product and was going to give it 5 stars, but the glass door shattered without anyone touching it soon after we finished the assembly. I saw a previous review had a similar issue but hoped that for the price it might've been a one time thing. However, upon looking closer we realized the doors themselves have metal handles attached by metal screws with no washers and no protection to keep the handles from hitting against each other or causing stress on the glass doors. We hope to be able to reach out to the seller to see if we can somehow get a replacement door since everything else works great for us.In order to make the current design more safe for our pets we added strips of foam to the the sides of the rails so that the handles on the doors will never touch and cause any unnecessary tension on the glass. We also ordered some rubber pieces to work as some type of washer for the handle installation, but while those get shipped we simply put a piece of foam as pictured above. The product is otherwise as described and looks nice but the possibility of the glass door shattering while your pet is already inside is concerning so I'd definitely advise to add a few modifications to make it safer
