For my application, the ring at the top connecting the two straps Is more than adequate. The Two hooks and all the stitching are very well-made. I use this to Suspend a boat trailer from the ceiling of my warehouse. It worked perfect.

I have several tow straps in my truck to assist with getting people unstuck as I live in a cold region with lots of snow fall. While this isn't the most heavy duty strap, I do like the dual anchor points as they help distribute the weight and help with preventing a vehicle from turning too much in one direction. On flat surfaces is where this really shines though and the whole assembly really works great as it's intended with strong, durable buckles and hooks.

This has been working great to tie down my ATV in my trailer. I have a center mounted "D" ring that I shackle this to, and after putting the slings around my axles, pull the ATV back tight with a winch strap attached to the ATV trailer hitch. Works great, and is fast and easy, and doesn't damage anything on the ATV like a chain would.

I often need to transport sports car that are very low to the ground on my open car hauler. I am always concerned when I am winching them onto the trailer about the winch cable damaging the paint on the car. The cable often comes in contact with the car as the car begins to be pulled up the ramps onto the trailer. Also most cars don't have a place to hook on to them that is directly in the center of the car and that means the car needs to be steered onto the trailer as well. This bridle is the perfect solution to both of my issues. The nice wide straps lay flat against the lower bodywork of the car spreading the load more evenly and are so much smoother than the winch cable. Being able to attach the bridle to points on either side of the front end makes the car tow up and onto the trailer nice and straight, so no more need to steer, just winch. The loop around straps and hooks make it easy to connect to front the front suspension on just about any car I have encountered. I also like that it acts as a safety strap to secure the car while on the trailer since I leave the bridle on the car connected to the winch during transport. Definitely the best bridle I have seen and the perfect solution for my trailering needs.

This is the type of item that will get everyone's opinion out in the open. Both good and bad.First, this is a very well put together bridle. I have used it for about a month now on several projects including picking up my skid steer up to pressure wash the underside. (pretty much a straight lift). I generally use chain but frankly straps are lighter and faster. When it comes to hauling, I use chains on equipment and straps on cars, always. Cars just don't take the abuse that a ratcheting chain binder can pull.This bridle has made hook ups so much quicker to grab a car for a buddy and haul it home. much easier than straps, axle straps, and all the other options. Just wrap it, hook it to itself and pull. Done. I like it and when they are available again, I'm getting another.

The media could not be loaded. Super functional, lightweight but strong. Protective sleeves on the axle straps which are basically integrated soft shackles.Kind of a perfect recovery standby package when pulling from a single hitch point could prove the weak link. This wrapped to two points on an axle or the front suspension components, would provide a more distributed load and safer recovery overall.The WLL is a little on the light side for something stuck in the mud where suction really increases the overall load but overall this seems plenty strong for 99% of situations.Excellent deal!

I'm an older seasoned automotive technician, I'm reviewing this product based on my many years of experience in the field using high quality parts, supplies, and tools. This V bridal tow strap allows for easy pulling of stuck vehicles or various other uses. The ad states they are rated at 5500 lbs, in looking them over closely and comparing them to the straps we currently use, I'm not sure I would trust them at that full rated weight. This strap has the single metal loop at one end, and two locking snap hooks at the other ends. We use this style of V strap when moving vehicles around in our parking lot, and when winching vehicles onto the flatbed trailer. No instructions or safety warning information came with the strap, so that's not good as any towing situation can become deadly if caution is not taken to protect one's self in the event of a strap failure. No storage or carrying case. Price point is considered high for this item.
