i received the ink cartridges and plugged them in they registered immediately, printed test page the ink quality is very good no different than 'OEM'. I also turned off the ink monitor since the cartridges will not be recognized. Also do not perform any firmware updates since that will cause error.

When I first got it, the black ink wasn’t being recognized. They immediately sent a replacement. I popped it in and did the printer cleaning and such and VOILA prints perfectly. Thank you. I will definitely buy from this seller again

This ink works with the latest update as of October 09, 2024. I'm so glad there are other manufacturers out there that make this ink, since it is around $80 from the OEM manufacturer. I updated the firmware on my printer not knowing that there would be a problem afterward, since my dad bought multiple generic brand cartridges. I had to throw 2 boxes of brand new cartridges out. Anyway, I am glad this works. My only complaint is that the ink runs out fast. I think it is due to the printer, when you insert new cartridges the carrier goes back and forth and then shows some of the ink used even though it was full upon insertion.

I've used OEM ink cartridges for the past year, paying a lot of money. These cartridges worked great in my printer without any issues. I intend to reorder these cartridges again when needed.

The yellow cartridge failed to function out of the box and will not be recognized by the printer. Due to how these are shipped, there is no easy way to return them when one of them is defective.

The printer accepted the cartridge but the black printer ink is barely visible. Have not tried other colors yet but will be expecting the same. This is a generic ink for this printer so I am unsure if it it he printer not accepting this generic brand or the cartridge itself that is faulty. Either way the results are very disappointing
