You have to find a local appliance repair technician that works on that brand and can order parts. Most of the ones they list on their website are total garbage. They take forever to buy the parts let alone get them in any amount of time. This item has been nothing but trouble and I will never buy from this seller again, let alone this brand! They are total shit and from the factory can arrive in your home a useless pile of uncompleted scrap metal. Best bet is order the parts online and get them yourself and put them in yourself as the technicians will not even bring the necessary tools with them to work on it an need yet another appointment.
