No noticeable calming effect in my case for two dogs.Ended up using them as expensive treats. No loss.

I recently got a 3 year old Mini Schnauzer who was having severe separation anxiety and would run around the house crying and howling for the 7 hours that I was at work. It was pitiful to watch on camera. I had used another type of calming treats with one of my other schnauzers but it was giving her a glassy eyed, glazed look. This has been such a relief to see her relaxing and only getting up to look out the window and many howling a couple of times and go back and rest. No side effects noted. I will be happy when I retire so I can hang out with her and not give her anything but it is what it is for now. It has a light smell but she loves them and she is picky.

My 9lb Pomeranian loves these treats however I notice absolutely no change in his behavior or anxiety. I have tried giving him more than two and still noticed no difference. I guess they taste good at least.

I’m constantly looking for products to help calm my dog down. At 90 lbs and just leaving puppy phase, my dog can be a nightmare. A lot of hemp, CBD etc products to calm dogs down don’t seem to work in my experience. That said, I’m always thrilled when I find something worth it. These seem to be delicious according to my dog, and they actually work. No more panting with excitement; she just sleeps a bit easier.

I have one nervous nelly dog and have given her a few of these prior to a "stressful" event. It seems to chill her out some and she definitely likes the flavor so that's a win, too!
