Great utility
AMAZING, had this for a few months now and it’s been working wonderfully, has weight to it but is incredibly easy to uninstall and move around.

Potential to be Great!
The air conditioning part of this system is TOP notch! It worked great. If you need an A/C I would definitely recommend it. However, the heat quit working on this one. I think it was just a malfunction because when it did work it heated the space I needed it to. The noise level was perfect as white noise for sleeping. It having a remote was convenient and it is easily moved since it is on wheels.

I do not recommend this product or seller
Edit. I only gave the decent review because they told me I had to and I had to send an screen shot to them in order to get my refund. Then they sent the refund to a closed account and said there’s nothing they can do. They also didn’t send the return label. So now I have to pay to dispose of their product that doesn’t work.Update!! They said they cannot refund me now since the card I used has been closed.This product ended up not working for what I needed, but the customer service was prompt, respectful, and reasonable. I was able to return the product and receive a refund without any hassle

Perfect!
I’ve now had this for almost a year now, we have had no problems and the air is amazing as well as the heat! We live in a small 2 bed 2 bath mobile home and this thing can cool and heat almost the entire house! I could not recommend this product enough! I would LOVE to get another!

Product info for installation not as stated
Unit works well and cools room quickly. The only problem is that the window filler is not up to 59” as stated in the description. It only extends about 46”, so we had to use a cardboard piece to fill the remaining spot where window was open. Bought this one because of the stated length, and didn’t want to hassle with returning it.

So the ac part works really well but the heat blows out cool air no hot air at all no matter how high I increase the temp so yea
