Compass
I got it for my son to use, he wears it around his neck so he always knows what direction he's going in, it seems to be pretty accurate, durable and over all good value product for the money spent on it. He wasn't happy about it at first but it's growing on him. He would much rather have a phone and Xbox

Simple, Accurate, and Worth Every Penny”
“Simple, Accurate, and Worth Every Penny”For the price—it's great! I didn’t need it, but I tested it a few times just to be sure it pointed north... and it did, every time. I brought it as a backup for night hikes, and yes—it worked perfectly. Lightweight, reliable, and gives peace of mind when heading into the unknown. A solid little tool to keep around.

Nihtdoy Compass for Kids Outdoor Map Reading
I picked this up for my 11yo's hiking backpack. It's just an inexpensive map and orienteering compass. I would have like a booklet.I did test it out again my Silva and it was fine.

Needle gets stuck
Love the color and size but the needle seems to get stuck quite a bit. Not sure if it is supposed to do that or not. A little shake and it is unstuck. It is annoying when things do not work just right. Could be a one off design issue with the particular one I purchased or it can be an issue on them all. Not sure.
