I love everything about it, easy set up and no issues!

This is not effective at cooling the room. I installed it as the instructions read. The exhaust hose leaks hot air back into the room because it is not sealed tightly to the unit nor to the window vent. There is no foam or rubber provided to get a tight seal around the window. The unit has to be run constantly just to keep the room from getting super hot, but it never actually gets cool. It has never even gotten my small room to 68F, even at night. During the hot summer days, the only thing it's good for is standing right in front of it like a fan.I was drawn in by the easy install and smart functions, but it doesn't do it's basic job of cooling. My 8 year old window unit did a better job than this. I have no idea how it has such good reviews.It also takes up a lot of space. You need to give it a 3-5foot distance from the window for the exhaust fan to fit correctly and keep the area around it clear. Does not work well in a small space.It's heavy and hard to get back in the box for a return. Wish I had just gone with a window unit. I'm giving in and ordering one even though it means spending more money.

Third brand only one that worked perfectly. Long enough cord, low energy consumption. I wish had been my first choice.

The unit is quiet and attractive but that is where the good stops. I purchased this unit to cool a fully insulated space with new windows and sliding door. As a contractor I have finished several spaces like this for work from home individuals. The unit is advertised to cool up to 250sqft. My wife needed this for a 12*16 office to work from home. The temperature is set to 73 degrees and the best the unit can achieve while constantly running is 79. The temperature outside as you can see is only 86. Clearly the unit is under powered and over priced. I would not purchase this or any other Della product.The seller wants all original packaging and a paid shipment to return. Original packaging is a big ask for a box this size when the unit does not perform. I also see it as unreasonable to ask me to pay to send back a product that does not perform as advertised.It would be a fine dehumidifier but hearing and cooling functions on this are garbage.

.. but they are missing the mark. My 5000 BTU is working better than this junk. I plan to send it back and get a different one. And I even made sure it was unplugged and just standing for 24 hrs. Just in case

I should have gotten a window unit. I had high hopes for this unit, but it did not meet the mark or even come close. Its bulky, inconvenient and the only space it cools is the space directly in front of it (like standing in front of a fan)Not a good value for the money at all.I was outside of the return window before I opened the box and saw how terrible it was.I’m stuck with it now so I’m most likely going to donate it to the SPCA and start over.

I own several Della products (mini splits mostly) and they can be hit or miss. This one does not cool!!I like their fan technology, seems to blow with more velocity than other models but this unit didn’t cool right out of the box.The compressor just won’t turn on.This is not the first della product that I own which!presented with a quality control issue.Will speak with seller and adjust my review if they can accommodate.
