i love this/ i’m still trying to figure out the right ratios for optimal coldness but definitely soo helpful in recovery. It doesn’t take up much space and so easy to assemble. for reference i’m 5’3 175 pounds and i fit comfortably in it!

The first one that I received had a leak in the rim of the tub. Customer service was great and a replacement was sent out quickly. The tub is thermal and holds the temp nicely.

Simple setup and best bang for your buck. Perfect starter ice bath setup to see if you will actually adhere to this lifestyle.

I won't go into the setup process... other reviews have already addressed that.... so I will review the tub and give some advice.The tub is made as well as a few other portable ice tubs I've seen at friends houses. This one might be on the upper end of those I've seen. Since it's designed to be portable, you can't expect it to be super sturdy. If it was sturdy, like some reviews have complained about, you wouldn't have the option of rolling it up and putting it in a closet after you're done with it.The size was perfect for us. We're 5'7" and 5'9" respectively... and we both fit in comfortably one at a time... I think if we got creative, we'd both fit at the same time....We had no issues with leaks. The lid worked well to keep the water clean and junk out.We ordered extra large 8lb block ice cube trays but found the huge blocks take forever to freeze and were not a good fit for this style of tub. We settled on a mix of 6 of the 8lb blocks to get the water cold. Once they melt off a bit we put in a bunch of smaller 4 lb blocks and a couple bags of ice. That was plenty of ice to get the water very cold. Living in Arizona, it can stay 100 degrees at 10pm. This tub makes it easy to cool off... being careful not to shock your body too much. No belly floppers in the ice bath tub.I have plans to hook up a recirculating pump, fill this tub with warm - hot water... and some bubble bath.. and you got yourself a hillbilly hot tub....

Got what I paid for. Tub looked good but started leaking after filling about 20gal. Not worth the hassle of a replacement.

We bought this for our daughter who runs cross country. It worked great however, there was a steady droplet drip on the bottom where it was seamed together. Also, ice does not last more than 24 hours, so you are constantly adding ice. Make sure to clean before use. I did get a repalcement for the leaking plunge.

Nice ice bath. Inflates eaily. Has held up well. Pretty durable.
