As someone whose gone through three DVD players for my laptop, this works like a dream!!I plugged in and it worked with the player I had downloaded. Best of all, it played my DVDS without freezing, jumping, or glitching even when I rewound or fast forward!If you have older movies, the quality of the product will show, but they still worked on the player without a problem.I HIGHLY recommend this thing! I can finally watch my old shows and movies that are getting harder to find....and I don't want to rely on streaming sites.Christa

Great product

I bought this based on the reviews, both good and bad. My windows 11 computer recognized the player but the player would not play any dvds. It made a sort of weird sound. I’ve used external dvd players before and never had this problem. I did all the troubleshooting tips that were in the little brochure as well as going online for more information. I am starting an Amazon return for this dvd player. It’s a real hassle having to do this. I rarely give a one ⭐️ star rating and review but this one deserves it. It may have just been a bad player, but too many others had this same problem. It was a good looking player, slick and stylish. So sad 😭 it didn’t work.
