It does heat up the room
This thing works great. I had no one to help me install one in the wall so I bought this n in the winter it helps warm the house

Easy to assemble and install. The plastic frame holding the filter was extremely difficult to remove until i sanded down the retaining notches a bit.Using this will make your room very humid. I am able to set this in the bathroom and turn on the bathroom fan to keep the humidity down.

Works great and it serves dual purpose in the camper since its chilly here in my area i can use this vent as a directional heater aswell as stopping lint accumulation in the room

Solved vent problem
I had a real problem . My development (co-op) decided to install new windows. My dryer and vent is in my bedroom . I put the hose out the window as to not have vent or heat back up in my bedroom. These new windows are verticle and in no way am I able to feed a dryer hose out this window space. not only am I able to trap lint in a small container ,but my dryer is always ready to use. Great product . Easy to install on wall. Very happy with the fact that to clean the trap of lint it’s just as easy as opening a small draw. Worth every penny . My vent makes laundry so much easier to accomplish. .the product is made of durable quality. Works like a dream thank you .

No dryer exhaust, old apartment complex.
Works perfect, and during cold days keeps the downstairs warm. I highly recommend. Easy to install and clean.

What a big disappointment
I was really disappointed with this dryer vent kit. The pieces didn't fit together properly, and the instructions were confusing, making the installation a nightmare. It felt cheaply made and I’m not confident it will hold up over time. Save yourself the hassle and look for a more reliable option.
