Easy to replace, exact fit
My old Lomanco attic fan would not turn off, unless I cut the power. I replaced the thermostat (which I knew was "off") but the problem persisted. The new motor solved the issue. So far, so good. Quieter than the previous OEM motor. Fit perfectly with no need to modify anything. Hardest part was loosing the old screws to get the old unit out.

Good part, wrong wiring diagram
Worked great, but the wiring instructions for the thermostat were for a different type. Other than that, direct fit replacement.

Direct replacement for the motor on my attic fan. Easy to install other than the fact I was working on a ladder 15 feet off the ground. Been on a week time will tell about durability.
