Great heavy duty grease container with a strainer. Will work for any type of grease while cooking. I love the spatula that comes with it to make it easier to get grease out of the container to use. Has a classic look. Durrable quality. I like the strainer. It has alot of surface area so it strains all the grease. There are some small bits that still get through but that's normal for these things. It's like bacon dust... I like the little handle on the strainer because the lid stays on.top of it.You can lift the strainer and lid at the same time if you wanted to pour right out of the container.

I have had several grease keepers over the years but none as attractive as this one. It holds a good amount of bacon grease too. The container along with its grease separator & lid are quite sturdy. The silicone spatula is a good extra. I am pleased with my purchase so far and think it will hold up well. The price is more than reasonable. I would definitely recommend it.

I originally bought this for storing bacon grease, but it was so large that I decided to use it for my frying oil and put the bacon grease in the smaller container that I was storing my oil in. Very attractive and sturdy container.
