The book has a lot of word problems that are appropriate for 7th graders. I have used this author’s books before and have enjoyed their accuracy and completeness. This book has mistakes. An example is chapter 3. The problems and the answers do not match. The problem uses chesterfield county and lily with $10 and 4 rides. The answer uses $15 and 3 rides. Though the problem and answer are similar the answer does not solve the problem.In chapters Add and subtract integers is in the chapter twice. The book can be used if and adult is teaching and can see the difference. A child would have difficulty.
