Grandchildren love playing with these in the bath. Vibrant, fun colors & nice size for toddlers to hold & play with. Cute but durable for even my youngest to play with. Fun for kids. Makes as a good entertainment toy for bath time. The functionality of the items were pretty straightforward. I liked that it came in a 2 pack, perfect for each of my kids.

My kid is obsessed with axolotl. So this was a no brainer. The colors are true to the images. They function well enough. I will say they seem to want to skin more into the water and while they start off swimming fast they slow down alot. Not nearly as good at swimming as the fish zuru sells. Durability is good they feel a few times off the bathtub side and still work. It's still fun for my kid even in just a bowl of water. It's a good value for the money. It's been a few weeks and they are still working well on each bath.

These little axolotls were a big hit with my daughters. They do “swim” but it’s not great to be honest. They kind of dive down a little and swim forward until they run into something. They also have a timer so they turn themselves off after 4 minutes. This is a power saving feature that can’t be turned off. You then need to remove them from the water briefly and dry them before they’ll swim again. My kids play with them even when they are out of the water. We’ve had them for a few months now without issue. Ours even go in bubble baths, which I thought might be a problem but they are well-made. Meanwhile the Fingerlings axolotl’s batteries corroded within a week of getting it. Definitely recommend this brands version.

My toddler loved these when we first got them. They worked great at first but then started to not move as much in the water. If I put my fingers over the sensors they would work but not always work well in the water. The batteries seem to die relatively quick if used frequently.

These robot critters are sooo neat. They swim when you put them in water and turn themselves off when you take them out of the water!!! Such cool technology!!!
