A Lifesaver for those with broken bones, but who is also not good with crutches or walkers
This scooter saved my sanity and also from foot pain. After fracturing my foot, had a lot of problems with using crutches or a walker. This scooter had the least learning curve on how to use compared to the other products. The whole thing does weigh around 20 lbs. so you're the one that's injured, will need some help putting it together. But there was only 6 quick (tool-less) steps for my helper to put it together. The wheels are plastic, but it's like the TPU material you get with phone cases. It fees rubbery and grips well on flat tile or wooden floors. And the wheels are big enough to easily go over carpet or uneven thresholds also. The "seat" for my injured leg was surprisingly soft, and came with a faux-leathery cover. Didn't need to use a pillow or anything soft for putting pressure on the knee. The only 2 issues I found were: (1) trying to turn around the scooter in a narrow space, because backing up is actually more difficult, but it is possible by doing short K-turns like you would with your car, and (2) is not designed to go down a ramp or anything that's downhill, since it will speed up fast. There is absolutely no noise from the wheels. The basket is ok, but not firm enough for placing objects like a glass of water from the kitchen. There zero learning curve for me to learn how to use it, and I did not experience any "roll-over" at all while moving, and the hand brakes felt normal for how fast I go.This thing really saved me at night, having to go to the bathroom, kitchen, etc. from my bedroom, without having to lose balance like I did with crutches, or go incredibly slow with a walker.

Lifesaver
I got this due to foot surgery with extended time where I cannot walk. I've been using it for about 5 days, and it's been a lifesaver. It was very easy to put together, less than 10 minutes. The basket holds a good amount, including my chromebook, so that's very handy.Few things to be aware of. Though the knee cushion is thick, it is a bit hard, and after about a day of using it, your knee will get sore, but believe that would happen no matter what. I've been using a memory foam cushion on top, but that means being very careful the cushion does not slip off. While I find the scooter to be stable, you do need to take it easy, and not turn too quickly, which should be common sense, but I could see it tipping if not careful. That said, it's solid, quiet, good brakes that easily lock/unlock, handy basket, and fairly compact. It is slightly heavy, especially if you're going to be lifting it yourself while on one leg or in a boot.It was well worth the cost, which I thought was reasonable, as I will be using it another couple of weeks, and if I had to be on crutches all that time, I'd be miserable.

Easy setup and stable
I had achilles surgery 6 weeks ago. I was non weight bearing for 4 weeks and this scooter was a godsend. I'm too clumsy for crutches and walkers but this scooter allowed me to be somewhat independent around the house, and got me through the parking lot quickly and easily for my doctor and physical therapy appointments.Upon arrival, it was very easy to assemble with the included wingnuts. I did purchase a gel knee pad for greater comfort.I most liked that the knee cushion and handlebar was fully adjustable. Also loved that the handle bar was able to fold down if needed. I have an SUV so my husband was able to put it in the back without having to fold it down. The larger front wheels being spaced farther apart allows for great stability. There were times I went pretty fast thru the house or down the hall of a doctors office, etc and I never once tipped over. However, I would stress caution when going over uneven surfaces. I did almost fly over the handle bar once in my house when I first rolled over the transition between the living room.and hall way. Also, I went out for ice cream one night and didnt see an uneven slab in the sidewalk and I almost flipped over the handlebar and I felt the rear wheels come up off the ground. With that being said, I started stopping at the transition in my home and carefully rolling the front wheel over them OR if in a hurry just pull up on the handlebar and pop the front wheels up like a daredevil (lol). Of course, be careful outdoors around uneven surfaces or rocks on the sidewalks because they will cause you to possibly lose control, flip or fall.Another plus.... I LOVED the canvas basket that was included. It is solid and held all my stuff I needed to carry.... cellphone, water, snacks around the house or a light jacket, ID when out and about.I do think it's a little bit heavy but if it was too light then it might tip over easier or not carry as much weight. I weigh 190# and this scooter supported very well. This scooter is more attractive than others I have seen and comes in fun colors and is priced right for the quality and features.

Very nice quality ride
Very nice vehicle. We had to assemble but it was quite easy. Brakes work great which help in stability of getting on and off the scooter. I'm very impressed with this because using my walker was wearing my one knee and elbows out because of the weight of my body. This machine is real must have for me. High quality. You will not regret the purchase.

Not worth the money. Terrible customer service. Read the reviews!!!
Poor quality and not made to last. Within 1 month of purchase the wheel and axle was warped and wobbling. Tried to contact the company to set up an exchange or return. The computer answer machine puts you on hold for 10 minutes and then hangs up. It is easy to easy to use but definitely not worth the money. You will have to purchase an extra pad for the knee support which then causes the lockability to be irrelevant . Rent one or spend a couple more bucks and buy a better quality. The build quality is poor causing the entire scooter to be unsturdy. Any twig or rock in the road will threaten your life lol.
