Unit was simple to set up and had easy to follow instructions. Quick to reposition on built in casters, exhaust fits multiple windows in my home, and looks quite sleek. The remote is line of sight only but duplicates all the functions. High volume of air is produced, and it rapidly cooled our guest room (14x13ft). It is fairly noisy but not excessively and is perfect for white noise while we sleep. Overall a good value, looking forward to putting it through its paces when it really gets hot this summer.

We love this portable air conditioner. It was easy to install and works great to cool down our bedroom. I love that it comes with a remote and it has a fan and dehumidifier setting. No leakage. Looks nice and not too big. It’s not too loud as we sleep with it on and have had no problems.

This portable AC works great! I got it because, even though we have central AC, our bedroom is always hotter than the rest of the house. So, my husband and I always had to leave our AC on really cold all night because we're both hot sleepers. Now that we've been using this, we only have to keep this portable AC on at night in our bedroom and can turn off the central AC. Having this has already saved us money on our electric bill!! It was really easy to set up, blows strongly, works as described, and keeps our bedroom nice and chilly all night! I love this portable AC and highly recommend it

The media could not be loaded. Packaging is great. Comes upright and easy assembly. My husband had to cut a piece for the window but just because it was a little big. We use it in our main room. I had a madea window unit before, which we did not like.This portable unit fits in the window with no other padding needing around the edge. The accordion piece that delivers hot air outside is long. I have a little empty gallon connected to the back for the water drainage. I empty it every 3 days. Depends how much you use the ac really. The only complaint is the noise level. It is loud when it kicks in. My husband snores so we are used to loud noises. Lol. It makes the room really cold. So the noise isn't enought to bother us to return it. We use it as white noise.The remote works fine as well. Simple buttons. Hasn't really raised our electricity bill. This room has big windows and gets hot quicker. So we keep the main ac at 76 or 75. And I keep this one at 76 when we leave and 70- 72 when we take a nap.

This took me about an hour from taking it out of the box to having it completely installed. Works great for my vertical sliding windows. Brings the temp down in my office by 10° in just a matter of minutes. Waiting to see how it holds up as this is only day one, but it's running great and keeping me cool in my office. My office has two walls of windows and the 3rd wall is an exit to the garage, so it gets quite warm in here compared to the rest of the house normally. Regarding the noise, it runs as loud as a regular box fan when it's on high.
