At first I wasn't a fan of the tv because I couldn't download the apps I wanted, but I connected my roku box to it and it works fine, i have a soundbar for the dvd player ( husband is old and stuck in his ways he likes a soundbar) but the sound is ok without one,it's easy to use and very light .. I ...... this is my second tv fron amazon I bought a roku tv in March 24 and after 6 months it stopped working, I got in contact with amazon they refunded me the money because of my broken tv so I was able to by this one which I think is good value for money and the picture quality is very good

Great picture and sound for the money.Only draw back, tv guide has no in picture screen, and no program synopsis.

It’s a nice tv but the Disney plus app stops working when others are ok. Disney don’t know how to deal with this and the support number on the Philips website isn’t working. Tried emailing using their online form but the serial number and model no. don’t match. Hopefully they’ll email me🤞 If Philips want a 5 star review they need to make sure the support is in place and not provide confusion.

Great picture quality, reliable manufacturer,Good sound reproduction. One note stand fixing my TV came with 2 left legs please take care where placing unit.

A reason why it's cheap, it's not a very smart TV. Unable to load my apps, a small choice available to the user, unable to use Alexa voice in the UK, no bluetooth, remote hit and miss and sluggish, it will freeze on the channel and unable to power down you have to rebootI bought this to replace my first generation digital freeview TV from Sony, should have stuck with Sony.
